This position will be a non-tenure-track Assistant Professor of Practice position in the area of Water Resources/Environmental Engineering beginning in August 2025. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and an earned doctorate degree from a nationally recognized graduate water resources/environmental engineering graduate program before starting this position.
The successful candidate is expected to teach 7-8 classes per academic year with focus on undergraduate courses in water resources and environmental engineering, and other undergraduate courses in civil engineering including laboratories as needed. Preferences will be given to those who have teaching and/or practical experience in water resources/environmental engineering and has or will soon have his/her professional engineering (PE) registration.
