Expertise: Arvind’s research interests lies in large-scale adsorptive separations for sustainable chemical processing. The main focus is reducing greenhouse emissions from power plant flue gases by incorporating CO2 capture and storage (CCS) and improving the sustainability of pharmaceutical processes by replacing organic solvents by environmentally benign solvents such as CO2. The group is also interested in the fundamentals of non-linear chromatography and gas separation by adsorption
