Expertise: Can's research interests include neural networks, fuzzy logic and their applications in modeling, controls, and indoor environmental systems. He has co-authored a U.S. patent and over 80 papers in those areas. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses on systems, controls, circuits, robotics, neuro fuzzy applications and engineering & computer science ethics.
