Dynamics, vibration and control of mechanical systems that consist of interconnected rigid and deformable bodies. The interest is focused on developing the nonlinear dynamic equations of such systems as well as computer applications. In some of these applications, mechanical systems which are subject to impact and change in the kinematic structure are analyzed. The propagation of impact-induced waves in the constrained elastic bodies is also examined.
