  • TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
    • I firmly believe that students should not be treated as mere numbers, but as unique individuals with diverse backgrounds. As an educator, I am committed to going the extra mile to accommodate the varying needs of students, taking into consideration factors such as age, educational background, race, and geography.
    • I recognize the significance of adopting a multi-dimensional teaching approach that transcends barriers, bridging the gaps between students and the institution, academics, courseware, and their peers. By doing so, I aim to overcome challenges such as time constraints, geographical distance, economic disparities, and communication gaps.
    • I place great emphasis on practical, hands-on learning experiences, particularly through laboratory work. These opportunities allow students to engage with real-world problems and gain valuable experience. By conducting experiments, achieving practical results, and writing engineering reports within designated timeframes, students acquire essential skills while applying theoretical knowledge.
    • I strongly encourage students to utilize office hours to seek further guidance and individualized attention. By addressing their questions and concerns, I strive to assist students in approaching complex problems and provide necessary direction for their academic growth.
    • I foster a culture of curiosity and critical thinking among students, urging them to scrutinize every detail and question their results. Moreover, I emphasize the importance of effective communication, enabling students to articulate their ideas and findings to diverse audiences.
    By incorporating these principles into my teaching philosophy, I aim to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that supports students in their academic journey while preparing them for real-world challenges.
