Expertise: Mr. Brown was the Principal Investigator for a research project to evaluate best operational practices for public drinking water systems. Mr. Brown is currently a Co-Principal Investigator for a project assisting the Governor's Office of Energy Policy with enhancements to the State of Arizona Energy Assurance Response Plan. He has been involved in several other environmental and emergency management research projects including soil bioremediation and developing new national training classes for emergency management professionals.
