Faqiry’s current research focuses on the design of markets for efficient operation of the future energy grid as a decentralized network of autonomous agents and multi-agent microgrids. His research interests are power system modeling and analysis, power market operations, distribution system operation and market design, and applications of game theory and auction algorithms in Smart Grid and home energy management systems.
