PMU is a private university located in Al-Khobar area of the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The University has been established by a group of renowned individuals under the auspices of HRH Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz.
The PMU system and academic programs were designed by an International Educational Consultant, Texas International Education Consortium (TIEC), which is a consortium of 32 universities in Texas, USA. The University’s system and academic programs were reviewed and verified by around 70 multinational academic and industrial experts.
