A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available in the Laboratory for MEMS and Biochips (www.memslab.net) at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, USA.

The successful applicant for this position will join a multidisciplinary team to develop wearable electronics and sensors for biomedical, agricultural, and other emerging applications. He/she will be responsible for the design, manufacturing, testing, and deployment of sensors.

Ideal applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Material Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or other related discipline, with a good track record in journal publication, and have extensive experience in electrochemical sensors, gas sensors, nanomaterials, phase-change materials, or memristors.
