The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) is seeking to hire a Research Assistant to work on new device concepts for cryogenic electronics in i-Lab. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities and measurement equipment, as well as opportunities for interdisciplinary collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support i-Lab in the areas including:

Electromagnetic simulation of semiconductor components

Design and modeling of nanoelectronic devices based on compound semiconductors

Experimental studies on nanoelectronics devices at room temperature and cryogenic temperatures
Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Knowledge in electromagnetic analysis using AWR or similar software

Knowledge in design and simulation of RF circuits

Knowledge in experimental methodologies to characterize RF circuits and components

Proficiency in English is essential for conducting experimental studies
