We are seeking multiple highly motivated and qualified Postdoctoral Researchers to join our dynamic research team, specializing in materials design and synthesis for applications in batteries or CO2 reduction. These positions offer exciting opportunities to engage in muti-university collaborative research, contribute to innovative solutions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts.
* Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Expertise in one or more of the following areas: energy storage and conversion (e.g., solid state electrolyte, cathode, anodes), electrocatalysts design and test for fuel cell or CO2 reduction, or related fields.
* Ability to prepare funding proposals, experimental plans, and technical reports
* Ability to conduct independent research and work collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Track record of publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
* Conduct innovative research in materials design and synthesis tailored for specific applications, such as energy conversion, energy storage, fuel cells, or CO2 reduction.
* Design, fabricate, and characterize novel materials and catalysts.
* Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and contribute to the development of new research directions.
* Publish research findings in high-impact scientific journals and present results at conferences and seminars.
* Participate in the preparation of research proposals and grant applications.
* Mentor and provide guidance to graduate and undergraduate students.
* Perform management duties for research and office
