PhD Candidate Positions in Advanced Materials and Device Applications

There are openings for PhD candidates with FULL FUNDING at Purdue University for the research area of advanced materials processing and its application in electronic and optoelectronic devices that include, but not limited to, thin film transistors, sensors and solar cells.
Candidates should possess a MS degree with academic backgrounds in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering and/or Semiconductor Devices, or other related disciplines.
GRE test scores are required and, particularly, Quant (math) percentile should be greater than, at least, 80%. International candidates whose native language is not English must obtain English proficiency test scores that must meet the University and School requirements (see below for further information).
