Responsible for management for Facility Assessment and Renewal and Deferred Maintenance (RDM) programs. Responsibilities include evaluation, modification and maintenance of assessment program, policies, staff, and resources. Responsible for oversight of program, including integration of R&DM consideration into all FOD areas, quality control of assessment, evaluation, data collection and maintenance of data, analysis, metrics and reporting of renewal and deferred maintenance efforts; provides administrative and functional supervision of operations support staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, coaching and discipline. Participates and develops scenario planning, renewal budgets, capital planning for the assessment team. Serves as the assessment Team Leader, sets direction for group, plans and executes assessment plan for property portfolio.

This position will require close coordination with the Director of Operations to ensure appropriate coordination and prioritization of building renewal and campus infrastructure renewal remain current.

Required: Bachelor’s in architecture, engineering, facilities mgt or related field; Min 10yrs experience in Facility Condition Assessments; experience with a deferred maintenance (DM) & mgt program; experience developing assessment teams/programs to address Renewal & DM.
Construction budgeting, estimating, UniFormat & MasterFormat working knowledge; Past general contracting, trades experience.

Desired: Licensed Professional Engineer, AIA registered Architect, IFMA FMA certification
