A Postdoc position is immediately available in the Integrated Microsystem Laboratory (http://mcheng.eng.wayne.edu) in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Wayne State University, Detroit MI. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to join a multidisciplinary research team to develop environmental sensors for internet-of-things (IoT).
Requirements: A PhD in electrical engineering, physics or closely related fields, with following experience
Hands-on-experience in cleanroom processing
Device testing and material characterization.
Device design using commercial software (COMSOL, CST)
An excellent record of publication
