Work description

• Research methodologies for automatic detection and classification of regions of interest in visual data;
• Collaborate in the preparation of suitable datasets;
• Implement modules for processing the visual information;
• Research the applicability of automatic anomaly detection techniques;
• Collaborate in the pilot implementation;
• To carry out a curricular unit of transversal competences;
• Write at least one scientific paper;
• Writing the grant activity report

Academic Qualifications

Master in Electric and Computer Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, or similar

Minimum profile required

• Programming experience (C/C++/Python).
• Training and executing deep learning models.
• Previous work on video anomaly detection.

Preference factors

• Experience in image processing, computer vision or machine learning;
• Enrolled in the first year of a doctoral program or interested in enrolling in a doctoral program.
