The Translational Medical Device Research Laboratory at the University of Pittsburgh (https://sites.google.com/view/chun-lab/home) is seeking two dedicated graduate student researchers interested in biomaterials, micro fabrication, and biomedical device research.

Start Date: Spring 2025

Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. in bioengineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, materials science, MEMS, or a relevant field.
• Previous research experience in designing, manufacturing, and testing devices.

Expected Expertise:

• Computational modeling
• Device manufacturing
• MEMS fabrication
• Cell culture
• In vitro tests
