Microfabrication, Direct Writing with Laser, Integarted Optics, Microfluidics
Work description
Fabrication of waveguides by direct writing with femtosecond laser; Simulation and manufacturing of lenses and integration into microfluidics systems; Simulation and fabrication of microfluidics channels for 2D and 3D hydrodynamic focusing of microparticles; Characterization of the developed devices.
Academic Qualifications
BSc in Engineering Physics or similar areas of knowledge.
Minimum profile required
- Knowledge in the field of optics.
- Skills in microfabrication using direct writing with a femtosecond laser.
Preference factors
- Experience in manufacturing waveguides using direct writing with a femtosecond laser and characterizing them.
- Experience in 3D micromachining using femtosecond exposure and wet etching.
