The University of Michigan-Shanghai Jiao Tong University (UM-SJTU) Joint Institute invites applications for tenure-track or tenured positions at all levels (Assistant, Associate, and Full) in Mechanical Engineering. All related areas will be considered while the Joint Institute particularly seeks strong candidates in the areas of Manufacturing and Robotics. Applicants must hold a doctorate degree in a relevant field. The candidates are expected to establish vigorous research programs and contribute to undergraduate and graduate education.
