The University of Massachusetts Amherst is excited to invite applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position (9-month) with joint appointments in the Elaine Marieb College of Nursing and the College of Engineering.

This unique role offers an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with leading experts in the Elaine Marieb Center for Nursing and Engineering Innovation, as well as contribute to groundbreaking work within the University's Institute for Applied Life Sciences (IALS) and its Center for Personalized Health Monitoring (CPHM).

As a successful candidate, you may also be eligible for a prestigious Marieb Endowed Professorship. Additionally, this position includes opportunities for leadership in large, collaborative, sponsored research projects, enhancing your ability to impact the future of personalized health and engineering innovation.

Individuals will be considered in all areas of basic/applied research in nursing and engineering who have an impact on the development of human factors, medical devices (e.g., bioelectronic systems, robotics, biomechanics, systems biology, bioinformatics, operations research), operations, or other related nursing and engineering research topics.
