Our team is seeking a Research Fellow/ Research Associate/ Project Officer with a strong background in civil and geotechnical engineering and expertise in soil mechanics testing. The role involves conducting triaxial tests, soil-water characteristic experiments, field instrumentation monitoring, data analysis, and preparing technical reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced soil testing, including the construction of soil-water characteristic curves and triaxial testing.

Conduct field monitoring using advanced instrumentation to evaluate tree-root stability.

Oversee scheduled field maintenance and site supervision.

Analyze test results and contribute to technical report preparation.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Geotechnics or related field

Strong academic and practical foundation in geotechnical engineering, with hands-on laboratory experience.

Proficiency in working with electronic systems, particularly soil sensors, is preferred.

Experience in experimental testing and field instrumentation.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Having capability for data analysis and communication skills with stakeholders
