INTM offers specializations in Manufacturing Technology, Construction Technology, Facilities Management, Supply Chain Management, and Industrial Sustainability. These are pillars of a successful business enterprise in the manufacturing and service economy.

INTM is seeking candidates with facilities management experience; however, candidates with demonstrated strength across any of the five INTM specializations will be considered. Previous industrial experience is required – for example engineering, management, sales and marketing, or finance. Successful candidates are expected to teach foundational and applied courses in technology and management across multiple focus areas; support oversight and management of programs and coursework in industrial technology and management; advise and mentor students, special projects, and student organizations; build and sustain industry partnerships; and promote the growth of the INTM program.
