This position will play a key role in the delivery of the ARC Linkage project "Phosphorus and Iron Recovery from Steelmaking Slag for Effective Recycling", under CI Prof Brian Monaghan. It will be responsible for conducting research related to recycling of steelmaking slag with regards to P, Fe and Ca and will involve planning, experimentation, data analysis, student supervision, report writing, liaising with research partners (BHP and University of Newcastle) and communication of results through peer-reviewed journal articles.
