The new Research Fellow will join a young, dynamic team to work on hybrid organic-inorganic halide perovskite materials and their optoelectronic devices. The intention is to develop highly performance photodetectors, photovoltaics and scintillators with highest quality novel single crystal perovskites or 2D perovskites . Special designs to growth single crystal perovskite structures and 2D perovskite materials followed with microfabrication of optoelectronic devices will be the key research. The photonic engineering techniques together with device architectures will be utilized to aim for high performance.

PhD in electrical and electronic engineering, material science, chemistry or physics
Experience with perovskite materials especially with single crystals 2D structures and their optoelectronic devices
Experience in optoelectronic device fabrication and characterization.
Ability to build LabView programs for automatic experiments is a plus. Other programing and simulation skills (Matlab, Comsol) are useful
