Salary & Benefits
Young Thousand Talents Research Fellow Salary:
Start from 300,000 RMB (44,000 USD) per year.
Resettlement subsidies: 500,000 RMB (72,000 USD) to 1,500,000 RMB (217,000 USD) and is TAX FREE.
Start-up research funds: 1,000,000 RMB to 3,000,000 RMB, will be allocated in batches throughout the process of the program according to the level and quality of the program.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A Ph.D. degree from Industrial Engineering or other relevant disciplines is required. The candidates are expected to have at least two years of research experience in academia or industry and have a strong research and publication record. Applicants from any Industrial Engineering areas are encouraged to apply. Also, applicants are required to have excellent communication skills, commitment to excellence in scholarship, spirit of entrepreneurship, a good understanding of the role of the university in economic development, and experience in working with people from different ethnic backgrounds.
